I'm looking to get the Octane urethane front bumper for my car as well as the Xenon sides and WW rear. I think it is great that they have the everything on the site so you can easily mix and match. Anyway, I have heard complaints in soing business with these people. 1) I was wondering why this was so, and 2) what kinds of problems people had. Thank you for all useful input.

This has been posted before, but if you do a search, you wont find anything...strange. I would not do business with Assylums. They do offer a great price but I heard their service and shipping ins the worst. You are not always garanteed that you will actually get the product you ordered

Asylumms.com procedure.

1. You order the part that is in "stock" according to the site (everything goes perfectly fine)

2. You wait for your order to be shipped.... you wait a few more days and decide to email or call them.

3. They tell your order is currently in back-order and that it will take 4-6 weeks for them to get it.

4. You demand a refund! They refuse the fkkken refund! So....now your only choice is to wait.

5. Sometime between 2-12 months you receive your product with damage.

6. Hell begins again.

My friend ordered a set of altezza from them. Needless to say it was on back order and took them 2 months to send it to my friend and it was demaged. They never responsed to my friend email and no one ever picked up the phone. I won't ever risk even a penny buying anything from them.
