ussaly you keep your stock engine in case your engine you swap mess's up, but yea sometimes people sell them to chop shops or scrap yards

does anyone usually get any kind of decent money on a engine like ours? i mean, its a slow POS but its still a 2001-02... i mean, u should at least get a few dollars for it right?

oh and another thing, how old of an engine would u get? i mean, would u swap out ur stock engine for a pretty built LSVTEC if it was a 94? i mean, if the engine is built would it matter to u how old it is?

sigh, to think our engines are only worth $600 (so i'm assuming something like $1000 new?), out of the total price of our car say $15000 for LX rim, talking US currency I believe, are the rest of the parts in the car actually worth all that much per say? D series are cheap...you'll barely get anything for them.

speaking of which, didnt someone say they went to a car show and saw a 7thgen with a gsr in it? i could be mistaking, but i dont think it would be that hard to do it right? i mean, the mounts would be the hardest part right?
