2003 Honda Element -- Element of Surprise???
WOW!

Quirky? Different? Still looks like it is in the concept stage. I dunno what to think... Honda's radical approach. I guess I will have to personally see one. Still thinking...

Any takers???

When i first saw it I was thinking to myself "WTF are those Honda designers thinking?" but the more I look at it and look at its features, the more I am growing acustom to it, but I cant wait to see it at the dealer, then I will decide.
I wish I was asian

I dunno.. I kinda like the design. Don't mind driving one. Definitely not a car in the racing scene with fine ladies, but looks like a fun car to drive with ur friends. Japanese taste perhaps?

I saw a prototype at the Boston auto show that was it was red and didn't even have a radio.
2 weeks later I saw a blue production unit at another show, it was awesome!!!!!!

It totally does look like a concept car...but when I first saw the commercial, I was like WTF. But now even though I havent seen it in person yet...I think its rather cool looking. Just think of all the Meguires Plastic protectant you are going to have to buy....lol.
Its just like any new car that is released. It takes time to get use to. When the new accord sedan came out I was the first to say that I didnt like the design....I would rather have a 2k2, but now I gotta tell you that the 2k3 Sedan has grown on me....I would buy one....but not the coupe. I still think the coupe looks like a volvo gone bad.

Do you think the Element could pose as Pontiac Aztek's sister??? They almost share the same amount of ugly body cladding... making it almost equally repulsive. Looks like a "BANG BUS" to me. Maybe it will take some time to get used to.
