If the police wanted to come in there and start arresting people or impounding vehicles, they could have. It doesnt matter if you are in a private complex w/ the owners permission or not. They can start looking for illegal modifactions done to vehicles, prove you were comitting a public disturbance or any number of violations.

Im not saying what anyone did there was wrong because it looked like everyone was just out having fun, but they could have done anything.

I disagree, the same could be said for drag strips, car shows, etc...

you could certainly get any of that thrown out.

P.S. Love the Dodge Dualie w/ the grill in back

I remember riding my dirtbike on my property, very loud and it was a public disturbance. The neighbours all complained and the cops did come out but nothing could be done. Why? It was on private property and I wasn't breaking any laws in doing so. Like I said, it's fun pissing off the cops. Especially when they can't do jack all about it!

actually, it was. thats the purpose of that skid pad est area. its only secondary parking. its in front of a tuner/race shop that TESTS THEIR CARS ON A SKID PAD RIGHT THERE. See the big yellow circle painted on the blacktop?
