Rep Power: 302 Best mod so far...
What's your favorite mod so far? Has it been you sound system? Intake? Exhaust?
So far I have an 02 5spd Civic EX in Nighthawk Pearl, with all the accessories (dashkit, honda rims, sunroof lip) and I put in a Pioneer 7"LCD with built in DVD and Dolby Digital Processor (I work at best buy). Girls love it. But what could be next. U guys like intake or exhaust better. Or should I keep it silent for now and get my Aerospeed RS-GT's in gunmetal. Thanks for any input.

Rep Power: 0 Heh, the intake and exhaust alone are not going to give you much more pulling power, but for about the same price as both intake and exhaust you can get a decent package deal on those rims with some performance tires to keep your car planted to the ground. Better to be able to take corners faster and already bee more up to speed exiting the turn then to have to slow your azz down crazy style and sit there makin the hamster run like crazy tryin to get your car back up to speed. Just dont buy Kumho's if you get a package deal. Definitely spoend the extra few bucks to get a tire upgrade! If you need all season, there are only a few that are reccomended for our car on 17's. I just recently got my rims back on and i have Sumitomo HTR+ all season high performance, and these already are performing better than the Kumhos did in dry weather. (BTW im in the chicago area and its getting hella cold out here now.) Once im out of the break in period on these tires i see nothing but good times for me and my baby blue......

Cold air draws natural air temperature into your engine, SRI pulls air from your engine bay into your engine.
If the weather is typically hotter where you live, CAI is the way to go. IF its relatively cool most of teh time SRI might be better. And also you ahve to see how the different setus performs for the way you drive your car and whether you have auto or stick. A lot of auto guys say the SRI works better, but i had an SRI and swapped over to an Injen CAI and i like teh cold air better based on teh way i drive my car.

Rep Power: 0 K&N FIPK has a heat shield box that keeps the filter area much cooler than the rest of the engine bay. Best of both worlds, and it looks good in there. There's a couple of pics on my members rides page. If you're just going to buy one mod for around $200, I think that's the best bolt on you can go with.

Rep Power: 0 id have to say visually speaking, people jock my ride more for the looks. the 18s, the body kit, the paint job seem to attract a lot of attention, especially with the ladies. the beat is ok, but definitely not a necessity. power wise, my best mod was the HP header.
