last time i checked (which was a while ago, because i dont care) i read that it was in the members rides section.
edit: OHEFFINGELL!
Non functional roof scoop? Check.
Z3 fenders that are on every other civic? Check.
Ricer wing for mad downforce yo? Check.
That car is mad phat yo.
Why do people think that non functional equipment, which does absolutly but add weight and ruin your Drag Coefficent, is "cool"?

There is no doubt Miguel a.k.a. "SIINSI" knows what it takes to make his car stand out. His 2000 Honda Civic Hatchback is truly a work of art displaying a wide array of hard to find goodies direct from "JUNland." Spoon, Mugen, Recaro are just some of the names associated with this awesome ride. Miguel left no stones unturned as evident by looking at this car. Outside, the JDM look definitely presents itself with the carbon fiber hood, the spoon wheels and of course the JDM powered side mirrors. But don't be fooled by the "DX" badge on the tail, look at this car the wrong way and the ITR engine comes alive to blow you away and leave you wiping your drool away. Meanwhile, Miguel is kept in check thanks to genuine Recaro seats and a tight suspension courtesy of Skunk2. Other goodies include a Spoon Sports cluster, CTR Steering Wheel, CTR rear wing, shift **** and headlights. 205 WHP and 137 ft/lbs wasn't enough to convince Miguel his car was fast so a trip to the local track satisfied his doubts by producing a 13.47@ 103mph. Need I remind all of you that this car is Naturally Aspirated. To all the enthusiasts out there who want to know what it takes to build a dream car, you may want to ask Miguel and get some tips. I'm sure you will agree, he sure knows what he's doing. Great job Miguel, keep up the good work.
REALLY? you mean people voted on a car that
A) is deviod of rice
B) looks GOOD
and
C) is actually FAST?
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

This kanuck would be happy to shove that rainbow up your loose azz sideways anyday!
It's his car, his tastes and his business what he wants to do with his ride. Maybe not what I nor you would do but that's his choice. True it doesn't serve a purpose but I think it looks good and even if I didn't it's not my place to put him down for it.

Joe, just because it's against your morals to put nonfunctional rice products on your car, it doesn't mean other people can't put it on their's. It's their car, they can do whatever the hell they wanna do with it. So what if it adds weight, so what if it doesn't do anything, and so what if the car is still slow? It's not your car! So who cares.

For those of you that are wondering, roof scoops are very functional. When installed correctly they can provide the cabin of the car with wonderful fresh spring air that keeps the smell of burning oil down to a minimum due to excess drag causing the engine to work harder.
2. the roof scoop can be used to divert air away from the thing on the trunk designed to catch low-flying airplanes reducing the amount of actual downforce on the rear tires and the chance of actually catching an airplane is heightened.
3. The scoop can also be used as a pigeon pooper scooper when used in a larger city. driving under pigeons and catching their poo helps to keep city streets clean for real racers.
4. Or it could be that with all the engine mods done to the car there was no room for an air conditioner so the scoop is an inlet for a small roof-mount air conditioner like those seen on RV's and busses.
Either way whether functional or not I for some reason like the scoop, maybe because it's different and disrupts the lines of the car making it stand out in a crowd that will possibly get extra points at a show. I wouldn't do it to my car but hey, it's your ride, do as you please.

So why do spend time on on a site with so many so called retards?
b]Except for forget that talking big on the internet equates to jack s.hit, other then the fact that you are trying to make up for self esteem/physical deficits.
Good point Joe, I can totally see how my hour or two a day on the net makes up for all my so called esteem/physical deficits. So what your saying is obviously by your collection of pictures and videos your 6hrs a day you have zero self esteem and feel the need to put down everyone else and try to to coverup your fondness for bathhouses!

As for the ride of the month, I don't mind the scoop. I know it's non-functional but he can do whatever he wants to his car. Of course, if I saw it in person I'd probably laugh but that's me. The wing is ugly, too. But, the rest of the car looks very good imo.
Your never gonna get the point are you? Negativity towards others rides, or even in general just gets anoying to read. Why not be constructive for once..You seem to have zero interest in seems in 7thgen civics so why exactly are you here so much...That's it to be a freakin nusance to everyone..

Silver;
You may not like how stuff looks, you may not like the color. But thats all open to opinion. Whats NOT open to opinion is that every piece is
A) Functional
and
B) True JDM
You call the interior "uncle bens" (which doesn’t make sense since ALL the pars are off the JDM CTR and ITR, and uncle bens is a term reserved for domestic rice), however he also has the power and time slips to back up any visual modifications he wants to make.
You don’t like the color of the Rota slip streams? Great, don’t go to Japan, and don’t drool over any of the cars they have there, because this is the style used by true Japanese automotive enthusiasts (well those who buy Japanese cars anyway). You don’t like the interior? Then you can also say the JDM CTR has a crappy interior as well, because it looks 99.8% exactly the same.
But this isn’t the point. The point is this car doesn’t have just opinion based looks, no. It has factual mathematic numbers to back it up. And that’s whats important. Anyone can make somehtnkg that some people will like and others will hate. The true standouts are the ones who can make a car some people will like asthetically and most anyone would be impressed with performance wise. Having a car that doesnt do anything buy look shiny while it sits there is useless and therefore should not be singled out as anything "special".
Greg, you dumb kanuck. It’s only you and a select few other morons who seem to have a problem. Perhaps YOU will get the point, and not click on my threads since they bother you so much. The ironic thing is you claim I have no life, yet you seem to post the most useless and inane comments in every one of my threads. Think about that.
