A B18A1 Engine for $400......Should I buy?

A B18A1 Engine for $400......Should I buy?
My brother-in-law has a 1991 Acura Integra LS with a B18A1 engine for sale for $400.00. The body is messed up, but the car only has 125K miles on it.

The question is: Is it an OK project car?

(it is a 5-speed)

FYI - 130hp at 6000 rpm and 121ftq at 4200-4500 rpm stock
