I really doubt we'll get it. The engine really isn't designed for our market. The K20A runs on 100 octane fuel. With high fuel prices in the US, there's no way you're gonna pay for the gas for it OR waste your money by putting in 91/92 octane in the car only to get the performance and wheel horsepower of an RSX Type S. Just look at it's compression ratio... it's 11:5:1. As you should know, gas is super cheap over there. The perfect example is Ziel's RSX Type R converted Type S.

There is no official word on the new Integra Type R coming to the states Jan/Feb and if it were to come out that month, we'd have an official word by now instead of just a rumor to run by. Honda of Japan doubts America will see the DC5R. When word for a limited edition model is set to be released, it's brought to the public at least 5-6 months before it's ACTUALLY released.
