New Evo VIII pic
Well, here it is; the first pic I've come accross of the new Evo VIII, due stateside sometime next year:
Notice the different front fascia: It looks as if it will retain the FMIC, along with the overall look of the current Evo.
Specs are AWD, 2.0L Turbo 16V four @270HP, 6-spd manual, and best of all, it is supposed to also retain the active differential of the current car.
Pricing not yet set; look for a sticker price of $28-30K.
START SAVING UP!!!

seriously it looks so much nicer with out the projector's and they come in HID in japan ..so who needs projectors when u got those!

Rep Power: 0 I heard that Mitsu only sells 10,000 EVO's of each model world wide and all the EVO VII's are sold, that's why we will have to wait for an EVO VIII. I also just read that the USA will probably get a mech. diff. to keep the price starting at $29,999. <--- At least its under $30K!!
The front end kind of looks like that new Mitsu SUV coming out as a 2003, I forgot the name though.

Rep Power: 0 That bumper will be changed to US-Spec (better crash protection, and front license plate holder).
Anyway, I would never bust my hard earned money on a f-ucking Lancer Evo. It's just a steroid injected version of the normal Lancer that competes with Civics. It may have impressive performance numbers, but it's no real sportscar.
