Well, it was sent to me by my First Sergeant. Aparently it was a military brat driving his fathers car without permission. He snuck out at night and was racing home to try to get there before his parents woke up. Guess he didn't make it, huh
Anyways, just goes to show that speeding might kill ya; unless you're a lucky pimple-faced 16 year old punk! He's gotta be the luckiest guy on Earth. No word on how fast he was going.

There's no way he could've survived if he was inside. Some people do jump out of cars.
sorry, but without a picture of the kid standing next to the car, im not gonna believe a damn word of this thread. theres NO WAY IN HELL any body survived a wreck like that and walked away from it. maybe if the kid was takin to hospital and put in CCU or ICU, but no way he walked off. its hard to believe any body couldve survived that crash as it is....

Some ppl are just lucky. Or, it's not their turn. I've heard of somebody dying from a racketball hitting them in the back of the head and yet somebody jumped out of an airplane at 2500 ft and lived. Go figure.
In the Guiness Book of World Records 2000, it mentions a Stewardess that got sucked out of a plane at 30,000 when the door blew off. The Stewardess survived the fall somehow, but everyone on the plane died when it crashed. Some miracles do happen.
thats sucks for the car , but the kid should of gone too! I know im going to get flamed but , he shouldnt of stole the car from his dad in the first place, and second off he shouldnt of been racing on the streets. Should of took it to the track.

Listen ppl, I'm not God, I don't decide who walks away from an accident and who doesn't. I'm just the messenger. I was told he walked away and I believe it. I saw a minivan at the front gate of Andrews AFB, Md. that looked 5 times worse than that car (if you can imagine that) and the person walked away. I even saw him give a safety briefing on it. He was drunk with a .35 BAC or something like that and didn't even have a scratch on him! If I were God he wouln't have lived to tell it.

It is completely possible for someone to walk away from that... you would be surprised at how bad an accident can be but the people inside are fine... I was on this one ROLLOVER wreck where the car was trashed on the roof the rear struts were ripped off the rear wheels were all bent to hell and the guy crawled out and walked about 300 yards to a house to call us

Um . . . you don't have to be in all that good a condition to walk. It's entirely possible to walk away with a fractured skull and broken arms, ribs and jaw . . . just a thought.

death to all PONTIACs, drivers shouldn't be so stupid though...
