Call me cynical, but I've read a lot of "I got turbo" posts and they always seemed to come up empty.

If you're really getting it, that's awesome. But I'm going to save the cheerin and champagne till I see some definitive stuff.

I think it's a waste of money when for $10g's you can stick a RSX-S engine in there and get a 6speed tranny.

dude, if you are only getting 50hp out of $3500, you could buy a nitrous kit and $hitload of nitrous recharges. To me, it doesnt seem worth it just to have 50 hp coming out of that.

Or, instead of spending 3500 bucks on a DX, you shouldv'e gotten a faster car in the first place...imo...and yes 50 hp for 3500 is really kinda crappy...

3500 CAN is only $2244 US. I guess its still a lot, but it doesn't sound as bad. If I had $2000 to blow, I'd consider doing it.

My car 15800 + 3500= 19300$ : about 165 hp turbo charged
SiR 2002 25000$ : 160 hp

My choice: my car turbocharged!!!! With the sweeeeet sound of a blow off valve!

Same here, that's cooler than a swap, plus cheaper than an Si. Even if it were the same price as an SI I'd rather have a unique coupe than a crummy lookin hatch.

My car $13,000 + $2200 + 15,200 (USD). 2grand to make my car 165 HP.... I say its not a rip-off. That's the price of an EX.

thats a good one noodleboy.....thats 10g's US or try about 15-16 canadian.....and good luck finding a shop competent enough to do the swap without aid from someone who's done it already....

i got turbo..$2000 ...195hp stock..and rising...

oh yeh i also got AWD..can't beat launching at 6k RPM's...

and the sweet sound of bov...isn't all that great performance wise..a stock bov will hold the most boost for your car...
