Good time on the 1/4 mile!!!
Wassssuuupppp you alllll? =)
Had a great day yesterday at Pont-Rouge dragway In quebec city with my 2002 EX!
I've been told that I can expect to do the 1/4 mile in 16.5 and up....The first run of my life at the dragway...16.8 mmm interesting...done the 1/4 a couple time...16.7 16.5........ ok What if we let the car relax for about an hour....and do it again......I've done 16.3!!!!!!!! HEY I has dancing in my car when I saw the paper that indicate the time I'm very impressed of this 1/4 mile time cause my car Is like stock....just added a AEM p-flow that's all!
This time was done without a red light and with a god reaction time !
I'm very proud of this time.....I realy think that I can have done a better time...like 16.2! ! ! !
Any comments about this time on the 1/4 mile?
Thanks!
Eric

hey epic, bring your piece of crap S-10 to any track, i'll bring my little 92 hatchback grocery getter and i'll give you a 1.5 second start, the cars only worth about 15g's, so unless you win, your paying for my gas.....4.3l, and all you can show for it is 13 flat, 2.0l of that engine is doing nothing but adding weight to your bad boy, civic destroyer..................anyways, as for the original post, my daily driver, civic DX, bone stock except for an exhaust, best time 16.41@83MPH (very hot day)......who says civics are slow....go to the track and watch 6th gens run, watch preludes, P5's, sunfires, non-vtec integras, .....etc, if you factor in the price, there is nothing brand new that you can buy for the price of a 7th gen that will beat it in any catagory......13s with a 4.3..I think the rule with domestics is the bigger the engine the slower the car....these domestic guys kill me.........racing pick-ups, that has killed alot of people....

I don't think itd take a blown 351 to get into the 10s....a built 306 with a 150 shot does the trick
get your truck lovin, honda hatin, busch drinkin mullet head outta here.
I'm going to the track again. Last time I ran a 16.1@85 with intake and exhaust. This time I hope to get a 15.8-9 with better tires and header. As for the S-10...I know 2 10 sec eclipses a 13 sec station wagon, yes a huge 5000lbs station wagon. Of course it has a vette engine in it but whatever.
