Do you guys think that I should get a pulley kit or new shocks and springs? I already have a header, cat-back, and CAI.

what did you want first? Performance(what little improvement, but cost effective) or looks/performance(not cheap - car does not look stock) approach.

Shocks and springs. It'll make you're car look and handle better. Pulleys aren't going to make that much of a difference as far as performance is concerned.

suspension.... pulley's only really help a lot when you're running A/C and such
