new rims
Ok, in the very near future I'll be getting rims for my civic coupe. The ones I want don't come in 17x7, they come in 17x7.5. They're Mille Miglia Cellos. I love the look of touring rims, and I had seen these before, but I decided I had to have them when I saw them on an S6 at my dad's friend's shop. (I love european cars, just can't afford one at this moment) My question is, will this stick out of the wheel well? I know that a half inch isn't much, but I hate the look of any car where the wheels go past the body on the sides when you look at it head on. Also, a 1.25" drop won't interfere with these rims, will it? Thank you.
45 offset will do for those rims. You can ask any shop. They will fill up your fender gap and make it look like a touring car. If you want to see what you car could look like with 17x7.0 w/ 205/40/17(should be 205/45/17) Look at the fifth picture down.
If you want to know what your car will look like with 17x7.5 (this car has 18x7.5 w/ 215/40/18 tires - it is the same) I know it is a bad angle, but I do not feel like searching.
