manual vs sportronic?

I live in a fairly busy part of new york. I would like to know what the advantages and disadvantages are between the 5 spd manual and the 5 spd auto with sportronic.

I would also like to find out the 0-60 time differences between the 5 spd manual and the auto when in sportronic mode. I appreciate any advice and information. Thanks.

The auto is not any better than the stick due to the ratios. Several people I know of in new york went with the auto simply because of traffic. If you are looking for speed stick is the way to go, and if your going with the RSX now is the killer time to start pricing due to next model years coming out.

Thanks for the advice. i'm actually on long island, but the traffic still gets pretty heavy in certain areas. I'm really goin to have to think it over. I already received a quote for a rsx 5spd with titanium interior. rear spoiler and front underbody spoiler for $20,000.

Check out the Dealers section of Club RSX and see if thats a good price...I didnt go with a spoiler because I want the Type R spoiler...the OEM USDM stock one is too low for me.
