Friend just came over...no muffler...
DAMN. That is one loud Civic, once it hits 4k RPM's. Sounds more like a truck than anything else I heard. It would get annoying though...its too loud.
is he doing it on purpose? If it is you should find his muffler and hit him upside his head with it cause that is one of the most annoying sounds EVER. I was behind some smack with no muffler and i had to pull off the road onto a differnt one cause i couldnt take it anymore.
It's all good though.

did he take off the big a$% resonator we have? beacue when I was changing mufflers i played around and it wasnt that loud with the resonator on and no rear muff. I have since then taken the resonator off and i gots a good sound
One time a while back, my friend came over in his Integra with no Cat connecting his headers to his muffler. Talk about headaches. I rode with him to some races, and everytime we'd pass a cop he'd shift it into neutral really quick and just coast on by. It was pretty funny...we could scare old people

He had custom exhaust, went to a shop and swtiched out muffelrs with another friend, but didnt put the other muffler on because today he is getting the stock echaust back because he is selling his car. And no its not too bad, sounds like a muscle car/truck. Just would get annoying after awhile.
LOL, phil i think i saw your friend (in a black 7th gen coupe) driving down murphy rd. near HCC Stafford Campus today he was racing a black 6th gen coupe.. I couldn't catch up with them in time.
this tuesday when i was installing the GReddy evo at my friend's shop, i started the car when it only had the cat, no resonator or muffler. Damn, when i rev-ed it up to 5000rpm it sounded like the type of car that can run 11's oh how i wish it was so
