i'm pretty sure that the answer is yes but just wanted to make sure. if i have indiglo gauges and there's an electrical problem, will the gauges void my warranty?

personally i'd say just switch it back before you go to the dealer to have them look at it... that or just rip everything out and redo the entire process. just my .02 if it matters-

I'd switch them back just to be safe. I had the same problem and that's what I did.
They asked me if I had put aftermarket gauges on and I said no and they fixed it for free.

my dealer told me as long as i didnt cut to any stock wire, then it wouldnt void any warrenty

Only if the guages themselves caused the problem will it void your warranty. Even putting a stereo in can void the warranty if that is what caused the problem. You've gotta realize though that even if you pull the part out there is evidence of you altering the vehicle. They aren't going to care for the most part, but if you do have a problem, read below...

when i picked my '02 civic 2 weeks ago i asked the service manager, if i lower this car with aftermarket springs, do i void my warranty! and he said the same thing as everyone said in this post, it will only void your warranty if the springs are what caused the problem, so if my shocks/struts get blown coz my car was too low, then they know it was coz of the modification i had done to it! but either way, you only void what u touch, so if u touch ur suspension, u may void your suspension warranty, but u will not void ur engine warranty, or your electrical warranty......etc...
