if the wheel is anything like the 96-00 Civic, there should be two plastic pieces on the left and right side of the steering wheel, they pop off. You will then need a TORX bit screwdriver(star) to remove the screws. HOWEVER before you start remove the negative terminal on ur battery and wait 10 mins, then push ur brake...that way ur airbag dosnt blow in your face. After that basically its all unscrewing, then using a huge bit (I think its either 18 or 19mm) to get the wheel off...then replace. You will need to rewire your horn as well.
LOL damn ya know ever since i joined this site i really didnt car for neomagus because sometimes his posts come off as being arrogant (SP?) but that last comment and the pick of his screen just totally redeemed him self in my book that sh it was hilarious i havent seen an owning that good for a while ......... keep up the good work bro

ill try to keep my "whoring" to a minimum

When I had my racing seats in my 6th gen I removed the sliders from the stock seats and welded them on to the racing seats. Maybe not the best way, but it worked and it was cost effective.
