i ordered some tailights from them people like MArch 26 and i still havent got them i phone them up and they tell me it's on back order and it's comming from cali from TYC themselves so hmm dont know about this company anymore because they didn't even give me a call to tell me what is going just making me wonder when my stuff is going to get to me.

hmm if anybody orders from them be ready for some drama if i dont get it by next week WED i'm going to cancel the order for sure because they were quick on taking the money from me damn people getting me rowdy I WANT MY LIGHTS

i live in canada and i get everything shipped to my moms house in florida it works out to be cheaper because she get stuff sent by UPS for free and no Duty fees ......i'm gonna wait till next week and cancel if my moms doesn't get it ....

I originally ordered my Velox wheels from them (speedpeople.com). Every week I would get a different story as to why they had not been shipped. First it was that they were damaged, then it was that they were held up in customs, next was that they had made a mistake on the shipping address, another was that they were on backorder from Velox. I cancelled and got them in three days from another shop off Group Buy Center. I will not do business with them again.

i ordered altezzas from speedpeople for my sedan and i got em in like 3 days but that was back in december. I thought they did a great job. Then i ordered a neon glow shift **** and racing pedals which took like a month to come. I called them up and their customer rep was sooo rude. I wanted to hang up, drive over there and beat his A$$. He said it was my fault that it was late cause my shipping address did not match my cred card address. I was like wtf, so i bitched him out and read my address over to him. He said well its on its way now, you'l get it soon if you still want a refund send it back to us. I told him he was a sucky rep, quit his job and work at burgerking. Then i said screw this and i hope this is recording cause i want your boss to hear this convo. Then i said FU then hung up on his a$$
