Youre kidding right? I think he's kidding, the reason theyre called Altezzas is because that the Japanese Name for the IS300 kind alike Integra is the Japanese name for the RSX, and this is the car that started this ricey fad, respect the lex.

The altezza is the name of one of a Toyota model sold in Japan, Its sold here as a Lexus, I don't know which. Anyways, the tail lights are so named after the car. They come standard on the IS300. Sorry to take you to school like that.

for some reason, i'm drawn to it. i can't explain this feeling . . . ha ha. IS300/Altezza is the first and ONLY car to actually look good with altezza (um, euro, um, clear, um, whatever) lights on it. and those graphics are cool, too much for me though. black IS300 is the way to go, IMO anyway.

the 5-speed (stick) starts at $29,000... fully loaded with the 5-speed e-shift (auto), heated leather seats, moonroof, limited-slip diff., and VSC, runs about $34,000 (US).

build your lexus - and surprisingly, they don't offer the flaming "lexus" graphics package as an option on the site... guess you'll have to check the dealer [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]

edit: ...and the s2000 is $33,000, according to hondacars.com (there aren't any options for the s2000). hmmm... if i had the money, that would be a damn tough choice... rare, fast-as-hell convertible? or a fairly quick sedan i can drive all year-round?

...or keep saving money for an M5?!

I like the flames. I don't really like the "LEXUS" but I think it would be missing something without it... Unless the flames were shortened.
I always liked the IS300. But I think it is a bit spendy for what you actually get performance-wise.
