Oh ok but I thought if I went to a muffler shop, and got them to run 2.5 pipe then split into a Y then I wouldn't need a resonator correct?
And about the lose of low end that is just if I run the two mufflers, not if I just run a single one correct? (sorry it takes me alittle bit to catch on to things).

Not to be a ***** but a 'dummy' dual exhaust sounds a little bit ricey don't ya think? I think that it should either be true duals are just a single exhaust. We have an Inline 4... not a V4.
Rice, Rice, Rice how about this everything u can do to a car to change it from stock is rice who cares u don't like it good your opinion if the person did it its casue they like it that all that matters ~RanT~ Nothing towards u sohc just sick of hearing Rice this rice that
if ure gonna get dual like everyone else said go for 2" piping or a dummy one if i was goin for dual i'd go for the 2" just for the stereo aspect :-P

Heh I know what you mean i've been called a rice-boy on occasion and it drives me nuts. I'm just saying if you're going to get dual, then GET dual. Don't 'look' like you have dual.
Dual exhaust on an I-4 is not rice.. IT'S G@Y!!! What are you going to expect? People to get intimidated .. "ooh look don't race him he's got dual exhaust, must be fast"... It's like putting a VTEC sticker on a NON-VTEC car. Geeez i should wear Osama bin Laden running shoes then cuz nobody would be able to catch me!

Hey I have to admit that at first I was cracking on duel exhaust on a civic was stupid, but I have seen on 2k2 civic with the Xenon kit on her. So I stopped, and started looking after a while it was growing on me slowly. It's just that I am getting the Kaminari kit, and the rear end looks alittle like the Xenon rear end. I was just getting some opinions on the matter, just I don't know. I have one friend saying yeah man go ahead get it, then one saying that is stupid. I have no clue, but I have to decide soon I guess.
Oh yeah I know this is off the the duel exhaust, but when me and some friend went down to clearwater, FL. Their was a 2 door 2k1 civic, that had the exhaust in the center of his car. That didn't look bad at all. Thanks everyone once again.
