StreetLevelPerformance is on a distinguished road
"dual"

cat-back could be worthless cause lose low-end - make one of them a dummy.

Oh ok but I thought if I went to a muffler shop, and got them to run 2.5 pipe then split into a Y then I wouldn't need a resonator correct?
And about the lose of low end that is just if I run the two mufflers, not if I just run a single one correct? (sorry it takes me alittle bit to catch on to things).

If you wanna run a Y-pipe DO NOT get 2.5" piping-that's too big and you'll probably lose power. Try 2.0" or maybe even 2.25".

Not to be a ***** but a 'dummy' dual exhaust sounds a little bit ricey don't ya think? I think that it should either be true duals are just a single exhaust. We have an Inline 4... not a V4.

Heh I know what you mean i've been called a rice-boy on occasion and it drives me nuts. I'm just saying if you're going to get dual, then GET dual. Don't 'look' like you have dual.

Dual exhaust on an I-4 is not rice.. IT'S G@Y!!! What are you going to expect? People to get intimidated .. "ooh look don't race him he's got dual exhaust, must be fast"... It's like putting a VTEC sticker on a NON-VTEC car. Geeez i should wear Osama bin Laden running shoes then cuz nobody would be able to catch me!

Hey I have to admit that at first I was cracking on duel exhaust on a civic was stupid, but I have seen on 2k2 civic with the Xenon kit on her. So I stopped, and started looking after a while it was growing on me slowly. It's just that I am getting the Kaminari kit, and the rear end looks alittle like the Xenon rear end. I was just getting some opinions on the matter, just I don't know. I have one friend saying yeah man go ahead get it, then one saying that is stupid. I have no clue, but I have to decide soon I guess.

Oh yeah I know this is off the the duel exhaust, but when me and some friend went down to clearwater, FL. Their was a 2 door 2k1 civic, that had the exhaust in the center of his car. That didn't look bad at all. Thanks everyone once again.

Where in Clearwater did you see this? I go to Clearwater quite often and I've never seen that car. There is a blue one around here with the Xenon kit and nitrous that I see all the time tho.

see thats the thing that pisses me off nowhere did he say hes getting a dual exhaust to make his car look fast nor did he say ppl will think his car is fast if he gets a dual exhaust if he does they yeah fine call him rice boy, ricer, etc... ppl gotta remember different strokes for diffrent folks personally if i get a kit that has 2 inlets for mufflers id get dual to balance it out too, im done night everybody
