I would like your honest opinion. Do you feel that us moderators help you out or do you feel that we're kinda annoying? I don't want you guys to feel that we do more harm than good. If that's the case then something needs to change. I'm asking you newbie's because you guys are fresh and you probably get a vibe from the moderators. A kinda first feeling about us. What is this first feeling you guys get? Good or bad. Please reply...

I think they get a bad vibe when people, not just the moderators, jump on them for little crap the they havent figured out yet, ie how to search for how to link.

Rep Power: 0 Yep I will admit I had it a little ruff when I first joined but I always knew where the search was before I got flammed on that some newbs just don't think before they say something I will say. But yeah the moderators seem to be doing a good job

Rep Power: 419 Look in the Website Stuff forum. There are several threads talking about that subject. As for me personally I simply signed up when Derek wanted moderators. I had a good enough reputation by that time too. It's all in the Website Stuff forum though. Check it out...

Rep Power: 0 Yeah i am very mad! and my truck is fine in fact i love my truck! And i am putting my lift kit on next month! Does that mean i should be a mod on this site? I guarantee i know more about the civic or anyother car for that matter than nearly all of the members on this website! I mean have any of you put a core sopport,enngine cradle, and a frame rail on a 7thgen or any other car for that matter? I have! And i do it daily! I didnt come here to blow my own horn! I came to tell you that i was " let go" Without a notification ! No pm no email stating the reason or even that i was deleted! But i feel that a compliment from sadboy isnt much of an acheveiment! I was locking threads and replying the reason why long before you came here! But i was crucified for it! Now when mods do it they are gods! So dont tell me about who should be mad about what! Man i was here when grey wrecked his car and he needed help with the repair! I told him and helped him with everyhting that i know! But most of ya'll werent even members yet! So all that i am asking for is a little explanation of the termination of my mod status! Thanks to all of you! Dakota

Rep Power: 419 All I know is that only one person has the power to demote a moderator. That person is Derek. Derek is a busy guy though, so maybe he couldn't notify you of his decision right away and he forgot about it as his busy days went by. Let's not turn this thread into a flame though. I still would like to know how newbie's view us.
