i'm guessing you have about 200... if i had to choose from those 2 i would get the sri because i think it looks ugly with just a front kit.

I'M AFRAID I T MAY GET WATER IN MY ENGINE WHEN IT RAINS

Just wait until you can afford the whole body kit, it will save you money in the long run by saving and buying the whole kit at once.
You shouldn't have a problem with the intake, I also live in Cali and the only way you are going to hydrolock if you are going through a big *** puddle of water, I mean a big *** one. Plus its summer time, and if your really worried about it you can always take it off when rainy season comes around.
Also the the sound of the intake is pretty cool.
