Death to all DEER!!!!!!!!

I have had my 02 EX coupe for one week today, and already I hit a deer and need a hood, bumper, driverside headlight, grill, and AC Compressor!! It is my firm belief that all deer should be round up and shot. MY second car, a 88 Buick Regal is also out at the body shop with almost the same damage!!!!!! FROM ANOTHER DEER!!!!!!!!!!!! I wasn't even speeding for christs sake.

Mother nature has been out to get me the past couple weeks. There was a deer layin in the middle of the rad after a late movie- not dead, just chillin. Then the next day a deer jumped over the front of my car and I almost pissed myself. The same day I get back to my neighborhood and there is a freakin wild turkey running around in the road...I was like WTF!!!!

I wonder if those deer-warn-devices they sell really work. My guess is that they are total BS, but you never know. You could mount them in a hidden location so that they don't look like ***. My wives' tale is that I don't drive with high beams in deer areas. The theory is that the HBs scare them out into the path of the car...I dunno, I never hit a deer and I've had close calls.

Yeah, where i live the deer are so overpopulated that they are considering methods of birth control to keep the population down. And then we have people that drive around and feed the bastards out of their cars, so guess what, the deer arent afraid of cars anymore. I think ive hit a deer in almost every car ive owned!

You should've bought a Dodge Ram... not a Civic.

I've hit a deer before (75MPH)... guess what? $7,000 in damages.

Guess what again? There was a guy who hit one at 95MPH. Yes, he lived to tell it!

That sucks to have your car for such a short time and hit a deer.
Its a common problem where I live too, they have now put fences along the highway to keep them off the roads, even in some places the created tunnels so that they can go under the highway and make it to the other side.

We have these things around where I live to keep the deer population down, we call them rednecks. They shoot the surplus of the damn things, really nice guys.

Well, considering that the deer is now dead, I would say the deer got OWN3D ...

(NOTE: replace the beaver with a deer in above pic )

Since I am from Native American descent, the deer (especially the rare white deer) is very sacred to my people. Deer roamed the earth before roads were conceived. To each species their own....

do deer mourn their dead?? like is there some form of a gathering around the corpse, then the buck grunts a few choice words, and they all scatter about their business?
