SELLING MY CAR!!!!NEED OPINIONS!!!
Ok, it's confirmed, im selling my ride, with Intake, rims, tires, exhaust, diy headlights and diy interior paint........for one of these 2 cars......a 2002 Civic Si, orrrrrrr a 1997 Integra Type R!!!! If i did a trade in at the dealer, i would have to go back to stock...no biggie, but i would like to sell it second hand with it modded for about 15,2-15,5.....i think it sounds about good....i dontknow how much the new Si is but, the Integra Type R...haha...the guy wants 23,4 for it, i dont know if thats a good price, from what ive been told it is...its completely stock which is awsome! its the chrome yellow color too...mmmm only got like 12560 miles on it! i would be so happy with either car, so gime some details whether or not the ITR is a good price, good value, or should i get the Si????
price on the type r sounds a lil high to me...should be closer to 20 or 21 i think...i wouldn't get a new si, go for an rsx-s, or a wrx...

For 23,400 I wouldnt get the ITR-bad deal! instead look at either an RSX-S or a WRX for a little bit more. THe Si is nice and you can find a good deal on em, but if you CAN spend 23grand on a car dont get a used 5 year old integra-no thanks
Remember integra design is old lookin now imagine what it will look like in 3 years, ancient + you'll have such a high payoff no one will buy it for what you owe on it... just my 2 cents

I know...N.A.D.A. claims that it should sell for 19,225...so ill see, weve bought 2 other cars from them, and traded in one of ours, maybe theyll go a lil bit lienent
thats a 97? Are you sure? 97's only came in Championship white...phoenix yellow on 2000-01's.
24 is rediculous for a 97 it is, go for about 16-18k...however if that is a 00-01 if it has mods 21-22k may be justifiable.
Dont get the hatch, def not worth it.

I would rather have a Type R over a Type S...but finding one, dealing with the higher insurance, and it being used were my obstacles.
NADA Loan on an EX Auto is 13,200 (something like -800 for manual) and i personally havent seen one traded much above 12,500.
There was a HEAVILY moded 01-02 w/ a big stereo rims, body kit, custom color, &dvd that traded for high 13's on EBAY...
Youd probably do best to part it out.....

woh woh woh.....how much insurance are we talking about here???? ALOT for the TypeR, but what about the Civic Si, would it be that much? ..
this is also really really gay....the dealership over here, its called Driver's Way, its like a new car dealership but theyre used...they only accept stock cars as trade ins and they use the Kelley Blue Book to price theyre cars and they wont come down any further than that price, but if you see, KBB doenst have the 2001 ITR information, they claim theyre waiting on the market to see what the adequate info is,, so i dont know where they got that price, from the looks of it here, im prolly not gonna get the Type R....man im pissed...if insurance on a type r is alot, then an rsx s is gonna be alot and a wrx is gonna be a sh*tload....so i dont even know what im doing trying to sell my car, i really want that ITR but i guess i could settle for a new Si, theyre kinda growing on me........maybe i could haggle with dad, tell him ill keep it stock....for about 1 year...lol

heres the NADA page on the 2001 ITR, so i guess the price is ok...and trust me, i can get 15,2 for my car, i almost sold it for 16 about 7-8 weeks ago Linkified
also: heres the NADA price for my car with my 10, 550 miles.....and no, the car was driven by a 52 yr old man who just wanted a car with some "younger spice"-his quoteLinkified

I would also do more research on the car, whether it 12,000+ miles were driven REALLY hard or just by some average joe bloe. Also 24k is way to high, i'd look into the RSX or even convert and go for the 2003 Mazaspeed 170hp supercharged.

ok well im down to 2 cars....the new civic Si, my dealership wants 19,8 for it, or a 2002 rsx-s(the insurance is only 500 more than it is now...lol) for 20- and the price is negotiable...ths si however isnt, b/c of there being so little of them and theyre not gonna make alot, they cant haggle, well me and my pops are gonna go look at both of them tonight, test drive and see which one i like best, hopefully ill be getting one or the other within the next week....wish luck.....any more opinions?
ummm well 19 is high for the Si, try getting it to around invoice which is around 17...something sounds fishy with that S, 20k? Invoice for them is 21,650, and most dealers will not give them away for even that much.
