Score one for the Auto!!!

Aight check this out right? I was headin home from my local Riceboyz after getting amber turn signal bulbs... (apparently not even my clear bulbs are acceptable to local police in Illinois...) Not only did i have to get the dual filiment 7443 bulbs, but they dont even have single filiment bulbs in their catalog of that color, and they wanted a lot of money for a pair of LED 7440 bulbs which they had to order and would take three weeks to get... Anyways... Im driving home cruisin along like i usually do, USING my turn signals (which got me busted in the first place, also the only IL illegal thing on teh outside of my car whatsoever) and traffic is slow like usual for a sunday. Out of my rearview mirror I see a ram air T/A cruisin probably like 80 mph in a 40 to catch me at the red light before it changes. I look over and see this OLD MOM in teh car next to me and her skanky daughter in teh passenger seat. They both look over at me and give me this death look and the mom starts to rev her engine so high i thought it had a honda engine under the hood, (i swear she was way past redline revving it....) Anyways shes sittin there and im like all, what the hell shes gonna waste me anyways, im in a freakin automatic civic. I lokk back straight and just wait for the light to change, ready to go, and.... The light changes red, She pops the clutch, her tires tweak (very weak burn for a T/A) and then the dumb b!tch STALLED HER ENGINE!!!!!!! I sat there laughing my a$$ off the whole time as i lightly pushed on teh gas and started rolling away. GOD D@MN I LOVE AUTOMATIC!!! Just goes to show ya, dont matter how fast your car is, if you cant drive stick the other guy wins...

Moral of this story: NEVER let anyone rag on you cuz you have a slushbox strapped you your engine.

Hey AK, at least I used proper puctuation in that paragraph. That must count for something other than a smarta$$ comment.

Oh and by the way... be original, don't use other people's icons.. i thought it was a great story and personally I loved how you didn't use paragraphs, that was my favorite part...

LOL thats FUNNY, I used to have a T/A but it was an Automatic and I was never stupid enough to want to race a Civic knowing it would be a waste of both out times.

Uh, racing an auto in a straight line requires nearly zero driving skills. That said, my civic is an auto...
