Notice the lack of a driver ... and that quad piping job ...
From that first pic, it looks like his bodykit is toasted too ...

Rep Power: 0 I think i'm going to cry. That'll be me in my civic as soon as I drop it. Maybe i'll rush out and put a plastic tarp over the speed bump so my baby doesn't get any major damage from concrete rubbin all up on it.

Most guys wouldn't even go through that much effort for their wives and girlfriends ...

Rep Power: 0 screw the girlfriends, with the ride you have plenty to choose from. I wouldn't have to actually run out because i only plan on dropping my ride 2" which will make me go considerably slower but not enough to do any scratching hopefully. I'll let you guys know when i drop it by the end of the month though but i'm sure there are other members with 2k1s that have it dropped and haven't had any problems like that 6th gen. going over the bump.

Rep Power: 0 and by the way ronin, thats a tight *** car and he is going over that speed bump perfectly as weird as it may look. We all wish we can have our rides that low. I'd go a mile out of the way to avoid speed bumps like that if i ever do lower mine that low.

Rep Power: 0 That is hillarious I just love when I see a lowered truck just throwing sparks down the road but that wow I have only seen that one time before this and that is just funny but someone that stupid to drop his ride like that I don't feel a whole lot for. But yeah I won't be dropping this ride I used to scrape even in my old 88 Civic hatchback that thing was pretty much a low rider to begin with. Still great Photo

Rep Power: 0 I don't think the problem is dropping the ride, but with dropping the ride AND putting sideskirts on. I've got over a 2" drop on my Civic and I've never gotten stuck over a speed bump.

thats a lot more then just a 2" drop. Try 3+
Quote

Possibly, but I've seen hatches with way more fendertuck than that and still have plenty of ground clearance. People who lower their cars drastically and put on bodykits are just asking for trouble.
