Am I the only one that really like my 7 gen civic
I heard so much crying about the problems with the new civic just wondering how many people out there really like there car. My 2k1 kx is a great little car ( maybe I am just not looking hard enough )

Heck, I love the cars and I don't even have one! Though I wished they shared the same body specs with the RSX a little more...swapability is so great in the older generation vics!

Im tellin' you, the car actually looks nice, a heck lot better than the 6th gen vic. The engine is in fact better than those on the past civics, the only problem is that the car doesn't have that much factory extras and is a little hard to squeaze hp from the engine. Personally I don't have any problems with the looks the performance is the problem here.

The stock suspension could be a bit better, and there were a few squeaks and rattles. But everything else has been near flawless
i admit, at first i had planned on selling my sedan back for a 2k1 coupe, but i couldn't afford to so i stuck with and grew to love it even more, plus as much as people may diss our cars i have yet to get a complaint about mine, its all complements
I love my LX, but kinda wish I had the EX because it is easier to locate aftermarket parts for them. But my Lx is sweet. I don't want speed anyway. Just a nice, somewhat eye- catching flashy car. But every car has their pros and cons. People have to accept that nothing these days is perfect. Just give your car a personal touch.

I love my 7th gen...I have owned it almost 2 years now and have had no problems (except for my brake pads wearing out at only 20k but it's my own fault because of how I drive it).
Great car though!

Yeah man, I love my civic! First let me tell you that until 3 months ago I was driving around a '90 Toyota Corolla for about 3 years... and the vic... oh what a feeling! The car is clean and stylish on the inside, the ride is nice and smooth, and the power may be lacking for modders, but seriously... racing isn't exactly my daily grind. It has enough gusto for me... Let me tell you again, I love my Nighthawk Black Pearl 2k2 Civic LX!
ULEV-Ultra Low Emission Vehicle. I too love my LX and can't help but check it out after I park it. Even a stock 2k1 looks good but once you add wheels and a wing you totally give it a nice look. I can't wait to put a kit on it, lower it, and Turbo when it comes out. The only problem I find is the engine upgrades are so few and it's hard to compete with other civics that flourish from aftermarket parts and the future of the 2k1 looks bleak because of the already introduced 2k3 SI.

at first i didn't like the coupe ... then after a while, my opinion changed ..... it grows onto you ...
as for the sedan, i've always loved it ... it's so compact . it looks good with a good body kit ... i love my sedan .

I think 7gen civics are great cars, maybe just that certain people expect too much out of civics. Give it a few years and everyones gonna have a 7gen civic- justlike 6gen civics. Back in 96 , people were complaining about its looks and so on and so forth but after about a year or two it dissapeared and everyone jocked the civics..
