Those are pretty good prices for those two engines. For the USDM engine - the seller should list exactly what he/she is selling. If they are not including the axle, immobilizer unit, crossmember, etc. then it's going to cost the buyer time and money to obtain the missing parts. For example, before ImportBuilders began the swap I had no idea we had to buy a new immobilizer unit and crossmember. When everything is finished we'll have an exact idea of all parts and labor that need to be performed, so that anybody can do the K20 with no problems.
As for the JDM engine, I'm really interested in seeing the specs on the Mugen engine. The transmission is not included, so whoever buys this is going to have to obtain a JDM transmission. It would kind of defeat the purpose to use the non-LSD, longer gearing USDM transmission on a JDM engine.

Another thing I forgot to add about the JDM engine - it is probably tuned to run on higher octane gas (people in Japan can get 98 octane at any gas station), so there may be issues with obtaining high-octane fuel and/or passing emissions here in the US.
