Hi,
Purchasing a used vehicle, can anyone suggest if there are any issues with cars with odometer replaced. Owner is providing paper work as to why it was changed and that it was changed at dealership. There is stamp sticked on car that says odometer changed at honda dealership at this specific KMs. Can i expext and future issue in resale? Or anything else.?

As long as everything looks legit and the car appears to have the appropriate mileage it shouldn't be a problem. Bring in the paperwork when you register it and they will tell you what mileage they want you to put down

sorry guys may fault. apparently there is no paper work just sticker by Honda on door jamb which states when it was changed and at what KMs. it is still a safe call?

If it was done at Honda, I'd say it's good to go. Just as a CYA, I'd see if you can acquire paperwork stating why, but not necessary, I'd say
