Ever wish.....

i look at some of the newer mustangs (2000 +) and im thinking maybe i should have gotten that instead of my 2k2 EX civic, number 1 they cost near the same, and i could have the V-8 and all, number 2 THE SPEED i could have stock, plus, and i know im gonna get flamed out the @ss for this post, but hear me on this, who can honestly say, "I hate the way a mustang sounds!!" (V-8) god they sound good!!

anyway flame away, just me feeling bad for having a slow ride

Oh and while I'm at it... I wouldn't mind to have gotten a faster car... but I'd never buy a modern American CAR. Their quality is as cheap as the rent you may pay for living in an apartment. I've got nothin personal against domestic cars, but performance is one thing... on the other side... there's reliablity, and longevity, which most domestic cars do not have.

If Honda made V8s and more V6s... I wonder how fast we'd go...

I'm happy with their 4-clyinders... V6/V8/V12 to me is just another # with a V next to it... but that doesn't mean I wouldn't ever buy one! (NSX! Accord!)

Every time I drive downtown (I live in a little place I like to call "hick-ville") I see at least a dozen Mustangs driven by middle-aged women who don't even know how to drive that car. They're just everywhere! True, their fast, and I certainly love the way the 'stang looks and sounds, but I much prefer my civic any day. It's a much better built car. 'Course, a friend of mine drives a nice 2001 Cherry Red Saleen Mustang, and that is probably the sweetest ride I've seen in a long time. 435 HP in that baby .. *drools*

If the b18c5 has better internals i dont see why it wouldnt be able to handle that much nitrous. Some people even throw like a 200shot of nitrous in a gsr. Thje b18c5 can handle more boost for the most part. With work done to it, it can ahndle that much nitrous

There is this silver Mustang that drives around the mall everyday...It has a GT badge *not sure how to tell if it is actually a GT*, some nasty wing, a fart exhaust, altezzas, and chrome rims....sounds nasty as hell..
Anyways...he pulled up next to my brother once and said "Is your Civic fast?" My brother said "Kinda". The guy laughs and points at my brother's Civic and peels away. Makes me mad...so every time I see him I yell "ricer" "***" "your car sucks" at the top of my lungs.....people like him make me want to key his car.

I owned a mustang once. The power steering went out 3 times in one month! I had several friends that had stangs with the new body style. Both had their gear boxes replaced at about 50k. They are fast and sound absolutely awesome. I have loved that exhaust sound since I was a little boy. Imagine how disapointed I was when I finally got my stang. It was so noisy that when the windows were up, it sounded like they were down. Anyhow, when you punch the throttle and feel the torque push you back in the seat, that's what a v8 is all about to me.

Basically, a mustang is nothing but a roller-skate with a big engine. I'll take the reliability, quality, and the longevity of my vic over a stang anyday.

For a stock B18C5 to have a 100 shot is pretty scary, i wouldnt do that to my $4000 engine unless I had lower cr and forged pistons.

Besides SOHC 1.6l Non-Vtec Civic engines can take 75shot Nitrous Systems as long as it is a DRY kit assuming you might know what the difference of WET and DRY kits is... Why the hell would you say a B18C5 can't? It has better specs. You people dissappoint me, atleast have common sense rather then all BS everytime someone says something.

Well...OK then, what is the point of a 100 shot over a 50? Do you have some pictures for me? What is your monthly cost of the gas you burn blowing away all these Mustangs? What other mods do you have internally? Are you in Baker Oregon? Why are you so testy?
