Galvanized steel body?
Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know if Honda uses galvanized steel for the body in their new cars?
If so, since when, and which (all?) models?
The '97 Civic my son has is rusting quite a bit, while the mechanicals are holding up pretty well at 130 kmiles.
Unfortunately one can see too many Asian cars which start rusting badly after 10 years on the road.
Cars with galvanized steel body certainly hold up a lot better here in the rust belt.
