sorry to hear that man. i have had bad experience with them too. 2 years ago, i ordered an mtx amp from them. they told me it was in stock, meaning in they're building ready to ship. but of course they lied and had to order it. then they told me it was on backorder. after about two weeks a b*tching at them everyday, they finally refunded my money.

People have to learn how to assert themselves in customer disputes. The consumer has a wide variety of ways to gain leverage; my favorite happens to be calling the credit card company and telling them to stop payment. The merchant either does not get their money, or they get charged back. That sure gets their attention.

after a phone argument w/ zeb, I made a deal with the local sound audio place and they're gonna trade me the 5's for my 6, so I'm just gonna have to suck up the $30 loss. I guess that $30 would have been spend today, but they didn't charge me for labor. I felt bad cause they took apart my doors, then put them back and then took one apart for more measurements. One more week of waiting and I'll have the Focal's installed. (the earliest they could do it)
