Well my car is still in the shop...I went to pick it up on Sat. and couldn't take it b/c the check engine light came on and there wee chips in the paint. It's been there since Apr 1st and I'm getting sick of waiting for it. Oh and the other guys insurance is trying to offer me $100 (that's right one hundred) to settle the claim (pain and inconvenience), what it that sh*t...life sucks

I am totally feelin' your pain. My car has been in the shop since May 1st and I won't
get it back for at least another two weeks. And to top it off their insurance only offered me
$200 for pain and suffering. Never mind that I was playin b-ball and working out the next
day. I told them to lick sack and at least double it. Tell the insurance to give you some more
or you are gonna get a lawyer involved. Thats what I did. Peace

Totally going through the same thing. They owe me $ b/c it took them a week to get me into the rental car after the wreck, I didn't have to go to the dr. at all, but I missed work a few days b/c I didn't have a car. Plus the car still isn't ready and it's been a month and a half. It's all a bunch of crap...

im going with the same problem is ya'll.. i got into accident in april on the 8th i haven't got my car yet, it' supposed to come first week of may but it never did.. the bodyshop guys told they order my parts already.. well like a week after i went back and asked them where are the parts, it shouldn't take that long to get some headlights. they said it's coming in.. then the following week after that, i came back and asked them where's my bodykit, they said it's coming in.. i was like this bs it doesn't that that long to get something in especailly almost 3 weeks and i kno it doesn't take headlights 3 weeks to come in only that's like 3-5 business days. well, i got really pissed so i did some research if they did order the parts.. because i told them where to order since they didnt know any shops.. so i called them up, one of the shops im getting a bodykit from told me they haven't sold in an octane kit since march 20.. so i was like wtf they haven't order it yet.. then i called another shop for the lights i want to get. and they said they haven't received any calls or orders from texas.. i was like this is insane. so i called my bodyshop and comfront them.. they were like i dont know. and this other dude said we haven't order it yet.. i was like wtf you told me ya'll did.. they said we haven't.. omg i was so pissed.. so that day i was witnissing them so tthey call the shop to order the parts.. and they said it should be out this week.. i was like that's bull.. so im thinking i gotta anotha 2 weeks to get my car back.. it really sucks to wait on your car.. since it wasn't my fault.. their insurance giving me $200 for like if any injuries and $20 per day intill my car comes out.. since i dont want a rental car..
