not good stuff... read please

It all started when I was getting my car lowered. I got goldline springs, and took it to a shop that the place i bought the springs(roadwarriors) recommended me to. The place is called CVT located in Houston, TX at 45 and crosstimbers. They put in the springs for 125, but, while jacking my car up set the car down onto the jack stands, they dropped the front end a few inches i would say onto the jack stands. When they dropped it, the hood was still up, so later on that day when I am looking at my car I notice that my hood is not sitting right. I have been trying to get them to fix it lately, but it seems like they are giving me the run around, so I go to a dealership just to find out what is exactly wrong, and they said that my frame is kinda bent up from the bottom which makes the hood sit up just a little bit looking like its not closed all the way. Other than the whole hood problem, my car doesnt sit completely level at all, on the back wheels, one has a one finger gap and one has 2, the front is about level, so ya, my car is a little lopsided i guess, i think that might have something to do with my shocks. The ride is real good all except for the loud popping and squeeking noise in the front right wheel which i thought was an installation problem so i went back up to cvt and they said that all cars do this when you lower them and I need new bushings. I dont know if that guy was right or not, i kinda think he was just saying that to not have to take the spring back out to see what the problem was. But ya, so far this whole modding my car things isnt working out for me real well. Im trying to find a shop in houston that can do all of my stuff at an ok price and not mess up and actually guarantee their work, so if any of yall can help, please reply. Also, please reply on what I should do about all this stuff that is happening with this shop that messed up my car. thanks a lot, later.

Well, on a unibody car you really have to be carfele and make sure that while jacked up, the doors and stuff stays shut. And not to drop it and lower it nice and easy. That sucks dude
