GSR head+LSV install items for wheels?

GSR head+LSV install items for wheels?
ok i have a LSV motor with a bad bottom end,the head is a b18c1 GSR head and i have everything to swap it over to my current LS in my 97 coupe if i can ever get the damn thing runnin right
As of late some friends with wheels have offered me there wheels and one was wheels+$ for my gsr head..now i turned the offers down but im curious if the worth evens out? one friend was offering 17" falken wheels with 80% tires+cash and the other just offered some 15" eagle alloys SI wheel replicas and ive yet to answer him. my question is..if you had the head+parts i do would you trade em? or would i be losing out in the deal?
