new type r civic?
I keep hearing rumors from people at honda that they are bringing the type R civic to america. If this is true, how many of you would get rid of your current civ to get one? I don't like the body style too much but the interior and drivetrain might be enough to make up for styling. what are your thoughts?

Rep Power: 376 What you hear IS A rumor Honda has never even thought about trying to bring it to USA and they wont in the near future as much as i wish they would i would drop the love of my life (civic) for a type R the shape looks somewhat similar to a focus but the kit that comes with the car makes it bearable but the engine and the drivetrain alone i would do it

Rep Power: 0 no they never would.. if u think about it, that would kill the sales on their Si.. people are already sacraficing styling for the si's power and potential.. why would they buy that if they could have something even more powerful?

Rep Power: 0 sorry colombianDXcivic but the i-vtec adds 40 hp than regular v-tec you are thinking of the E-vtec that the hx has that is for emmisions and last time i chcked the dx is faster than the hx even thou the hx has to more hp
