Civic Hybrid lawsuit
Just wondering if anyone knows of the full details of that hybrid lawsuit that lawyer won claiming the Civic Hybrid did not live up to Honda's claim of 50 mpg.
I did not see her details about her lawsuit. About how she drove. Did she carry extra cargo,tires were properly inflated...the whole nine yards.

I thought all mpgs were EPA estimates? But no I haven't heard anything. I'll google it

That's insane. She probably drives like a maniac. I don't think I've ever been able to get my car below 30 mpg and I don't even own a hybrid.
