See ya around

It's time for me to say "goodbye" to all you fine people here on this site. I ended up selling the civic, and picked up something a bit more capable in the snow for my new 40 mile per day commute. Just wanted to say "thanks" for all the help over the five years that I had the civic. It was a good time, but I think I finally outgrew it. I'll throw a couple pics in here for good measure.

Last photo I took of the civic:

Re: See ya around

I just spent the last 30 minutes reading some of my old posts on here. I'm shocked how much I've mellowed out as I approach 30.

It's interesting how you can track your progress as an individual through your discussions on forums, see how much you've changed and mellowed out.

Congrats on the new purchase, I like the flip me over sticker.

Yeah, no ****. Definitely caught myself thinking "this would be a lot easier to put a car seat in" the other day. Getting old sucks.

Re: See ya around

Ha, the truck's already modded, and I'm just getting started. I took off the step bars, and painted all the plastic pieces and the roof rack with black bedliner. Most of the stuff that's black on it used to be silver or dark gray. I've also replaced the shocks, taken off the rear sway (yeah, I remember wanting to add one to the civic) and installed a new stereo/speakers. Next step is tint, then wheels and some decent tires. Exhaust, intake and extra lights to follow.
