Need Questions answered....lowering
i just ordered my 18 inch konig verdicts with 35s on them...i know i need to lower it now...what should i get to lower it..i really dont want to spend over 300 but whats the best for the dollar....what kind of springs or coilovers?
You should check out my ride in members rides. I have a 2k1 civic that I just put those rims and tires on. I am looking to spring now myself but just need to find a good deal!

Nice taste in rims!!!

They look

. I am thinking of going pro-kit or maybe sportline springs, I don't really want to have to worry about camber kits and stuff cause of the $$$. I would say go with springs though, I hear coilovers are great for adjusting the height but it is a stiffer ride!
Good luck and let me know what you do!

I would have to see the car w/the wheels on it. With a 35 series tire you are already going to be torchering your kidneys. A substantial drop is going to rattle your car a part. I would check into a moderate drop first.

i just got rims too and i am looking to lower it, and my option right now is lower it by 1.5-2 inches, by the way of ground control coil-overs(but still debating, people say they "mushroom" whatever that means...) and then also at the same time, the koni yellows or if tokico blue are out we'll see
Mbow and others... I just wanted to let you know that I have 18's with yokohama parada's (35 series) and the ride is amazing. I would bet money that it is almost if not the exact same as the stock tires. I havn't lowered it yet though and I am sure it will get a little worse but I think I will only go with a moddest drop of about 1".
