i did the search and can't find it.. if it was posted before please send me the link. if not does anyone know how to? and is it hard?

It is very easy. I had never taken the bumper off any car until the vic when I installed my injen cai. It's pretty neat just to see behind there, ya know. Anyhow, there are several plastic type things under the hood at the top of the grill, a screw at each corner where the bumper meets the frender, and about 10 along the bottom. Then just pull from one side and it will start to pop out and release itself. Be careful because after you get a 1/4 to 1/2 the bumper pulled away from the car it will want to drop on the floor. So, either put some towels down or get someone to catch it.
