New to forum Bought a 2k2 Si
Hey everyone I'm new to this forum, I have visited here before checking info on the 2002 Si, and I finally got one yesterday, it's Nighthawk Black, the paint is cool it has little blue speckles that shine in the light.
Here's some pics:

K3wl! I'm not sure if I would have bought white rims for a black car, but they'll look hawt if you're going to go with a race theme. DownTheHatch! I love that user name. Dude, welcome to the site. Now you need a drop. Do 7th gen civic coilovers work on the Si?
Welcome! The car is looking good, but it kinda looks like an off roader j/k. You might want to think about dropping it an inch or two but I'm sure it's gonna look phat.

I got it for sticker price 19k, I couldn't believe that because all 3 of them had 22k markup prices, after my salesman had gone through the paperwork with us, he gets in trouble with his manager for selling it to me for MSRP, he was supposed to sell it for 22k, oh well I'll take that deal
I plan on lowering it once springs come out.

WTF? You're happy that you paid MSRP? I paid something like $300 under invoice. Oh well, at least the dealer tricked you into being happy with all the cash that you gave him.

It's a car in high demand so you can't really expect to pay a good price. Look at a Honda dealership and you'll see all the Civics there. They got so many of them that they can give them away for under invoice.

<< whew i thought the new Si would look good on 18's stock...thats hella gap.. >>
he took em off his 93, smaller tire diameter, all the civics after 2001 are bigger. so his speedo is off too
man i reccomend some bigger rubber on that AND drop it
<< From what I hear sales aren't all that they're cracked up to be. >>
how do u figure?? if they were selling for normal sticker price they'd be long gone...dealers are just delaying the sale to find the one crazy **** who'll want pay upto $27,000USD in one case i read on clubsi...
sales are only limited to the stock that they have and thats very few...
i know for a fact dealerships in canada have waiting lists of 10-20 ppl...

Exactly, besides the car's been out for only 3 or 4 weeks, and with a huge dealer markup who the hell is gonna buy one NOW? Most people are smart and wait for the bump up price to dissappear. The only reason I bought mine now is because I got it for 19k.
Yeah I'll tell you one car that's gonna be a b*tch to find for MSRP: the new Lancer Evo. I called 13 dealerships, most of them were taking refundable deposits but only one of them was going to gurantee me it for MSRP. The rest all said "we'll have to wait and see, the price might go higher."
DownTheHatch, I own an RSX Type-S with black leather Recaro seats and I was wondering if you would be interested in trading interiors with me. I'm located in Atlanta, e-mail me if you have any interest in this.

P.S. It looks very nice with the white wheels!
