What do some of those people expect. They are turning their 450 horse machines, some to over 900 horse machines. That crap doesnt happen over night. These people think they can have their car back in a month with double the horsepower, well it doesnt work that way. And some of them are spending over $100K in their car, so you would think they would want their car back w/ minimal problems and excellent work.
