Installed m3 mirrors.

After about 3 hours and a broken door panel my m3 mirrors with signals are installed and working. They look great and i love em. Allthough a new door panel is more than what i paid for the mirrors I will post pics up in my members rides tommarow.

i installed the ex mirrors on my lx today...only took about 30 minutes...would of taken much less but i dropped one of the nuts in the door panel and ended up having to take it all the way off...

guess it would be harder if i had to wire up the led signals huh....oh well

Yeah I know, but that includes getting a pizza and eating it and watching the simpsons. So overall prolly aobut 1-2.5 hours. I have alot of stero equipment so it was hard finding and acessing the wires. I just wired em the the ones that ran to the back for me the righ tone was green and red and the left one was yellow and green. Yeah that door panel thing really sucks..

Forgot i had to run to the hardware store to get some connectors and extra wire.

Yeah...had to make the same run...you'd think that they'd include enough wiring...but nooooo! Not to mention with mine, the solid black was the live wire, not the ground...which boggled even my dad's mind...cuz with cars, black is always the ground!!! With mine I took off the panels, cuz it was a bitch getting to the lower two nuts...

where'd you run the wire....i tucked the wire behind the tweeter and the little rubber "seal" around the door and there is a little gap right there in the body, just ran in there runs along the fender and then down to the headlight

If i ever find the mini van that ran me off the road, it is toast! Luckily i found a good body shop that will only charge like 840 for everthing which is fu<king awesome!!

yeah i know the wiring was the same with mine, me and my friend couldent figure out why they wernt working till he switched em and bing up they lit up. With everything the ground is always solid black. My wire is all conciled. Through the door to under the dash. Thay might be why it took me a little longer too.
