It may have been a concept picture, but doubtful. It isn't too early to startt planning a 2k4. Car companies put 3+ years into designing cars. Even slight changes can take a year.

Rep Power: 0 I believe (but don't quote me on this, I'm not positively sure) that Honda usually redesignes or heavily updates it's models every five years or so. Theoretically the 2k4 civic probably won't look much different than ours.

Rep Power: 0 I Asked Honda before.. the the 8th gen civics are coming for 2005.. in 2004 they will make available 2 other trim levels and a redesign for the 3-door...(what i was told).. because the 3-door has been available in Asia and the UK since 2000..(still just relaying info)...
