Warn him this time. Tell him if he want's to you use your car again, he better get your permission or else you'll report his goofy @ss.

Rep Power: 0 I would report him anyway. Although, I agree that its nice to have someone use your car for demonstration purposes, but it obvious he is not a trustworthy person. He has 21 items of feedback and 4 of them are negative(not very impressive). If you don't report him for your own sake at least do it for the sake of people bidding. I think they have the right to know that he is not being honest with them. I don't know if you have the Gold Line springs or not, but its obviously misrepresentation and dishonest.

Rep Power: 0 Email the guy who's running the auction and tell him to delete it, if he fails to respond or refuses, report it to eBay. They have a strict policy about that sort of thing, for him to run pic of someone else's car and NOT the actual car that he's selling is misleading.
