Everybody's help..Finding a cylinder head..Please

Well guys I've been reading a lot on this site about port/polish/decking/milling cylinder head. If anyone can REALLY help me find a cylinder head (an LX). I'll buy and get a 3 angle valve job, mill the head for more compression and see what we get on a dyno. I've heard a lot of people say 5hp some even say 30hp well i have my own oppinion but lets prove this the right way with facts. If anyone can help me find a cylinder head I would appreciate it and we can start getting power out of our cars. Why should you help?? The more we can learn the better and I want to do it, tired of listening to "I'm gonna"

I'm sure almost everyone knows this the S2000 had hand port/polished cylinder heads which was a huge factor in why the got those horsepower numbers.
