So idiot, scratched up my bumper and did not even leave a note. This happened at the parking lot of my school yesterday. Parked my car and when I came back after classes, I found that the driver's side of my front bumper got paint scratched off really bad. No dents though. I do not remember the car that parked next to me, but I actually went around the lot this morning looking for a car with magneisum paint on its left side bumper...no luck yet...

Anyways, I also went to a local body repair shop and got quoted for 380 for paint and labor (labor cost 280!!!). The guy said they have to repaint the whole bumper. This sucks. Any advice? Is the quote reasonable?

man if it makes u feel any better, here at college i have been hit in the same spot 3 times over the last 2 months. Rear passenger side bumper. 1st time i parked perfect, 2nd time i pulled far into the spot, last time i let the butt hang out a tad so people could see i was in the spot. i try my hardest to parallel park now.

I just hate people who do this. Not sure if I should even repair it...especially if it will most likely happen again.
