can you guys post pics of this car..? this sounds pretty crazy!

I currently have the shell, no seats and motor. Can't wait to get started. There are hardly any nissan tuners in toronto. I see 350z's here and there, but no 240s.

hey man i suggest you go with the sr20det swap if you plan on building the motor to 500hp+ because, companies make a lot more parts for the sr20 motor than they do the ka24 being that the ka24 is a truck motor and all. even though the KA has more displacement, it takes more money to upgrade it. i was planning to get a 97-98 240sx and just do a sr20 swap but take out the turbo and build the engine N/A to like 200whp which i think would be really enjoyable

yeah i'll still be doing that, i really like the N/A feeling, with turbo sure its fast and crazy lol but not as fun to drive for me personally haha acouple people on zilvia.net spend about 2500 dollars on the engine and get 200whp and like 180torque, i'd be so happy with those numbers and then later on if you want to turbo you could boost like crazy cause the engines already built haha too bad you are in canada cause check out this guy selling in socal, s14 front end conversion for 200 dollars man thats a steal http://www.zilvia.net/f//showthread.php?t=125975

i've heard the turbo motor does 13's easily at stock psi of 13.. pretty impressive if thats true. Lets see what comes out of this project. I had a turbo celica, then k20 in civic, both were fwd. this is my first rwd, i'm excited about this one the most...

If you want to go drag or whatever and seriously looking for massive power then the sr20det motor would probably be your best bet aside from the rb26, the ka24 motor really isn't bad at all really it was just never really made to be boosted or to handle hi revs and stuff so it wouldn't be a great great platform to go on if you plan to be going for crazy horepower and the stock boost on the sr20det i think is 11 psi they dont really recommend messing with the boost pressure until you get some more mods going but yeah man damn i wish i had the money to get that 97-98 240sx and fix it up but i know i'd invest way too much money in it haha
