I wouldnt mind doing that but if I were you I'd sell me civic privatly then use the cash for a down payment. You'll get a lot more for your car that way.

That's so true, it has like 47,000 plus mileage and its in good condition. Maybe i should hold on too it, and mod it up. Thnxs

Keep it for a while, and look for a used Acura. New ones are just going to be expensive. If you want a new one, get it soon because they're getting rid of the RSX.

What? Where did you hear this and what is replacing it? Because the RSX replaced the integra, but lets be serious...the RSX IS the new integra in Japan. Don't tell me Acura will be more geared towards family sports sedans and 4banger TSX's that look good, but that's it. Say it aint so!

Also, NEVER trade your car in to the dealer unless you have some really crappy car that won't sell otherwise. The dealer will never give you a fair amount for your car because they obviously have to resale it for a profit somehow. Therefore, you get the shaft. Your car will get more money if you sell it privatle party.

Yep...no more RSX! I kinda cried inside when I heard but then I thought about it...after my civic I want a bigger car with more than just 180-200ish horse that the -S has so...I really don't care!

Umm like previously stated...if you're not in a really big hurry, sell ur car outright. Civics are one of the easiest cars to sell so you shouldn't have a problem getting rid of it and getting a really fair price! With what a used RSX is going for, you'd prolly be better off just buying a brand new one, especially if you have the money. I've seen people asking 25-26k for one that's already a year old...hell that's what "suggested" is for a brand new one....

Your not going to make your money back on it by modding it unless you find some high school kid that just really wants a civic allready supped up. That being said if your going to hang on to it for a while definately have fun with it and throw some cash into it but dont do it for resale value.

Putting money into it will be fun, but you'll end up losing money. Keep all the stock parts and replace them and part out all the aftermarket stuff when you're ready to sell it.

+1 Agreed, you would prolly lose value by adding stuff. I was at the Honda dealer one day with my old Accord, they took one look at the exhaust and told me because of just that, i wouldn't get near the trade in the car is worth...

Needless to say, aside from tint, all my mods are easily replaceable....
